Winter is in full swing and an update on what the team here at Greenroom Projects have been doing is well overdue.

We are seeing colours of amber as trees drop their leaves for another winter.  Our maintenance team indulge in the warmth the colours bring, while the air become cool.

For the month of May and June we have been working with a lot of timber creating hardscapes in the North Shore & Herne Bay.  Wide board pine decking and planters for veggie gardens, along with concrete pads, fences and lawns.

Our client in the north shore was wanting to transform her sloping back yard into an entertaining space for her and her family.  By using the available space, we were able to build her a deck that her and her family will be able to spend summer using.

– even the chickens got stuck in!

Tips for autumn:

Prune back all of your flowering plants for winter and give a good fertilise for the winter months. To ensure a great flowering summer season, this is best done before the middle of winter.

Trends in the landscaping market:

Pergolas are making a comeback, and we are pretty stoked they are!

Pergolas can be a great way to bring height and structure to your garden.
