For us at Greenroom, landscaping is more than just a job and we’re dedicated to making
sure every project is a success.
As our client’s testimonials show, we enjoy contributing to the design process to create garden and outdoor areas that are as exciting and interesting as they are useable and practical.
Outdoor space is precious and our focus is on using our skills and experience to make
sure you can make the most of it.
The finer detail can often be what separates a job complete, from a job well done.
Through use of our project management systems, we set dates for regular client meetings throughout the build process.
These help to keep you involved with job tracking, decision making and overall satisfaction and confidence in the works being undertaken.
Alongside our midway and final 50 point quality control checks, our systems allow us to deliver the best.
The initial time frame following planting is one of the most crucial steps for the establishment of a successful and healthy garden. We wish to ensure all plants are settling into their new locations and are well looked after during these early stages.
Subsequently, we offer a 3 month follow up programme, giving us a chance to return and observe their growth and complete a basic maintenance run and check, at no further charge. The terms of this will be discussed and organised with you as we close in on the end of your project.
In a movement to help reduce the amount of chemicals already in our environment,
we are making a conscious effort to move to a fully organic range of planting and maintenance consumables.
In doing so, our aim is to uphold the quality of our soil and land, make sure our community are kept from excess chemicals, all while keeping our landscapes in top condition. With your help, and the support of local organic businesses, we can start making this organic movement a reality in New Zealand.
Working with us you won’t only be part of an amazing landscape project at your place,
you’ll also be helping improve our Auckland regional environment. Greenroom Projects donate $1 per plant and $2 per tree (up to the value of $100 per project) to the Tawharanui Open Sanctuary Society.
These funds are used for forest and wetland restoration, re-introduction of threatened species and monitoring animals and plants. This helps preserve and protect the environment for our future. Updates and news can be found on our blog and social media platforms.
PEACE OF MIND
Our team consists of passionate, skilled and friendly members - however undertaking a project of any scale can be daunting for clients, so we ensure both parties are covered with ample security and commercial insurance cover.
Thankfully (touch wood) we haven’t needed to use this, but it does provide peace of mind. This insurance covers all, and any incidents occurring due to our machinery, staff, general company property, and subcontractors.
